Dr. Irshad is the Chief of the Division of Thoracic Surgery at William Osler Health System.
He obtained his medical degree at McGill University, where he also completed his formal training in General Surgery.
He has dedicated his career to the advancement of innovative techniques in Cancer Surgery. Currently, he serves as the Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery at Clinic360.
In 2016 he became a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr. Emilie Sagripanti (MD, CCFP, MSc) is a Family Physician dedicated to disease prevention and preventative healthcare.
She earned her medical degree from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, University of Toronto.
She is in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and remains an active member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). In addition to her medical training, Dr. Sagripanti holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher.
With a passion for nutrition, movement, and holistic wellness, she integrates her diverse expertise to inspire and empower patients in achieving their health goals.
Dr. Sagripanti has a particular focus on Women’s Health and the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Dr. Sagripanti is fluent in both English and French.

Dr. Sheffield currently leads the division of Advanced Diagnostics at William Osler Health System, where his group has captured world records for the fastest available genomic test results with their innovative approaches to clinical molecular testing.
Dr. Sheffield has published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers and recently published a textbook on molecular medicine.
He is an internationally renowned speaker and has been recognized for his work in the local community as one of Brampton’s top 40 under 40.

Dr. Ali Hazrati
Dr. Ali Hazrati (MD, MSc, FRCSC, FACS) is a general and fellowship trained advanced Minimally Invasive GI surgeon in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He received a MD from Tehran Azad Medical University and MSc in experimental surgery from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Dr. Hazrati completed his general surgery training at McGill University, and fellowship in laparoscopic bariatric and upper GI surgery at the renowned Stanford University.
Dr. Hazrati is in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and remains an active member in the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS), Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), and the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity (IFSO). He has extensive experience in Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy and Polypectomy.
He does manage all anorectal issues such as hemorrhoid, fissure and fistula in outpatient and hospital facilities.
Dr. Hazrati holds hospital privileges at Scarborough General Hospital, and has been a member of the Division of General Surgery at Scarborough General since 2011. Dr. Hazrati is fluent in English, Farsi, and French.
